Since we cannot currently pinpoint true news of what is going on with KOTR 3, we have decided not to post all the theories that every friend of a friend's uncle's wife's cousin mentions and what Bioware is or is not doing about KOTR 3. We are not sure if there is even going to be a KOTR 3. There are mentions of it being scrapped, others thoughts that everything but KOTR 3 was scrapped, some personal reports that it will not be made, and others saying it is currently being made. If we get solid information that KOTR 3 is in the works, we will post our feedback to it, as well as visitors' submissions about it, as long as we can substantiate it.
