Apple turns decades of disappointment into a fun family game. Based on the ills
and evils of Bill Gates and Microsoft, iMonopoly allows you to compete in a
market that Microsoft railroaded or stole their placement in and the goal is to
have enough success to break into Microsoft's armor one small piece at a time.
There are holes everywhere on the iMonopoly board, may it be the Mp3 market,
internet services, or multimedia players, that you can make the right deals and
purchases and get that piece of the Microsoft pie that Microsoft owns but does
not deserve.
The playing pieces are an Apple, the Netscape logo, a PS2 logo, the SpyGlass
Browser, an Opera Singer, a Bumble Bee, and few other logos and items that
represent lawsuits against Miscrosoft.
This gives you a chance to truly enjoy a capitalistic game and turn Microsoft
upside down. Ways to topple the OS giant is for the PS3 to turn the XBox on its
head, or for OS X to compete head to head and Apple gets the majority share. It
cannot happen quickly enough in real life, so the game gives some pleasure to
Apple lovers everywhere and even Apple computer employees themselves.
