MIND'S EDGE
Will be available Summer 2006

Mind's Edge takes place after an accidental nuclear war caused by a computer glitch. With parts of the world destroyed, the United States has New England cut off from the rest of the country because it is a nuclear poisoned zone from the nuclear mishap.

In Los Angeles, Edge was sent by his corporation to the nuclear states to try to get information on corporate heads being killed by a Radio using what is known as a mind shock, leaving a destructive thought in the air and seizing the brain that walks into it. Edge was brought up in the sector and has connections, due to his Radio mother and a normal father. Part of the corporation was in the poisoned area, believed to be the source of the murder spree, and no one would give any information to the Worlders because any oppressed Radio would be happy to see any Worlder die. The occupants of the nuclear states (Radios) hate the outside world (Worlders) due to the laws forbidding them to leave the sector for fear that they would contaminate areas outside the borders.

Edge accepts, ducking the extra sensory abilities of the natives. Meeting up with some old friends from the area, and getting too close to the source of the corporate killer, he is hunted down by a militia of normal humans equipped with worldly weapons and transportation, far beyond the sparse and limited technology of the cut-off sector. Unable to get out of the poisoned area, he is on the run with his best friend and old girlfriend of the area, being chased by both the hired milicia and natives, since he appeared to be a normal Worlder with his "clean" appearance.
