We are compiling a list with pictures of the variants we have seen for the Revenge of the Sith figures. If any are missing, please feel free to send them in (with picture provided) and they will be added. Some variations are classified as an error. When a figure is packed wrong, it isn't a true variant, but really a mistake. Some mistakes are considered variants because it happened to enough of the figures, that people can find them and collectors search them out. Other errors that only happened to a handful of figures, become an oddity for collectors, but not a variant to search for. As an example, the Anakin that was shipped with Dooku's lightsaber happened to a large enough amount of the figures that many collectors want one of each. The Darth Vader that was shipped with a green lightsaber was simply a packing mistake and they were single occurences, not an entire shipment, so they are hard to focus on as a true variant. Of course, much of this is a matter of opinion.
