To ensure you receive the items in time for the party, it is best to give us 7-10 days before the party date to get the items shipped to you.

Anyone that wants to host a hand stuffing party is offered several ways to help accomplish this. Anyone can order the items they want and hold the party. If they want to involve the guests, we offer several package options set up on websites where the children invited are able to choose the animal, clothing and accessories they want. The prices are hidden and are tallied for you when all the children have made their choices and we are ready to ship your items for the party.

If your party is in the Las Vegas area and the party consists of 6 or more children that will stuff a bear, a Teddy Bear Birthday consultant will be happy to come and host the party for you at no extra charge.

If you wish to allow the guests to choose their own animals, clothing and accessories, select the price tier you wish to keep them in and fill out the form below. We will give you a web address to direct your guests to and also a code to make sure we track it for your party. The chart below shows the pricing limits of each tier and what the guests will be able to choose.

Price Limit	Options for package
Stuff a Party $16 or less	An animal or bear to stuff without clothing or accessories.
Party Animal $24 or less	An animal or bear that costs $16 or less and any article of clothing that is in our store that costs $8 or less.
Party Central $31 or less	An animal or bear that costs $16 or less, an article of clothing that costs $8 or less and an accessory that costs $7 or less.
Deluxe Party $35 or less	Any animal or doll, one article of clothing, any one accessory and any sound chip

Whichever tier you choose, the instructions for selecting their own animals will be to choose one item in each category you are willing to offer according to the tier package.
